1. Order Processing and Shipping

• Production Time: All orders are custom-made and require 2-10 business days for production, in addition to 2-5 business days for shipping.
• Shipping: Free shipping is included with every order within the United States. Please allow the estimated shipping time for delivery.
• Order Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Returns and Exchanges

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no cost.
• All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, except for damaged items. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items that are not damaged.

3. Payment

• Accepted Payments: We accept most major credit and debit card payments.
• Payment Security: Your payment information is processed securely using GoDaddy Payments.

4. Product Accuracy

• Color Variations: Due to differences in screen settings, there may be slight variations in color between the product images on our website and the actual product.
• Sizing: Please refer to our size chart for accurate measurements. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing choices.

5. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties: We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products sold on our website.
• Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products.
